Refund policy

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT.

Please email info@mirrusbeauty.com to get your returns APPROVED FIRST, before shipping your item. Please ONLY return your package via USPS.

Clearance/Sale items will NOT be accepted for exchange or store credit since they are considered FINAL SALE.

Customers MUST notify Mirrus Beauty Supplies via email within 5 DAYS of the delivered date for store credit returns. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees and that the items must be in the NEW condition that it was received.
